Delivery, Exchange and Returns

 UK Standard Delivery

We are currently offering free delivery. As items are made when you place an order please allow 10 working days for delivery (this may be extended due to Covid-19 safety measures).

We will notify you if there are any delays.

Your order will be delivered via a tracked Royal Mail service.


Delivery Outside the UK

To confirm delivery charges please email us or complete the contact us form with details of where the delivery is required, and we will get back in touch.


Exchange Policy

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods sent will be exchanged by AmirunKhanom London if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Postage in such circumstances will be covered by AmirunKhanom London.


UK Returns Policy

You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return items to us. If items are returned after 28 days, you may not get a refund.

For a refund goods must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Please use the label enclosed with your goods and the returns form to return goods free of charge. It is advised to retain proof of postage.

If goods are returned damaged or worn, a refund may not be processed.

Subject to the conditions of goods being returned where refunds are processed, payment will be made within 10 days from receiving the returned goods, via the method used for making the payment. Please note processing by the bank, which is outside our control may extend the refund payment time.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations we will not refund the postage if you cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order.

If a manufacturing fault occurs within 28 days of the purchase date, goods will be considered faulty. Damage from general wear and tear of a product is not considered faulty.

Customised goods are not refundable unless they are damaged, or defective.
